Creating an account is simple. Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage. You can register using your email address, or sign up with your Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn account for faster registration. Follow the prompts to complete your profile information.

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Login" button, then select "Forgot Password" below the login form. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

To post a job, first ensure you're registered with an employer account. Once logged in, click on the "Post a Job" button in your dashboard. Fill out the job details form, including job title, description, requirements, location, and salary information. Review your listing before publishing. You can edit your job posting at any time from your employer dashboard.

To set up job alerts, perform a search with your desired criteria (keywords, location, etc.). At the top of the search results page, click the "Create Alert" button. You can customize how often you receive alerts (daily, weekly) and have them delivered directly to your email. You can manage all your alerts from your account settings.

We offer several subscription tiers for both job seekers and employers. Job seekers can access basic features for free, with Premium and Pro tiers available for enhanced features. Employers can choose from Basic, Standard, and Enterprise plans based on hiring needs. Visit our Pricing page for detailed information on features and costs for each plan.

To cancel your subscription, go to your Account Settings and select the "Billing & Subscription" tab. Click on "Manage Subscription" and select "Cancel Subscription." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Please note that some subscriptions may have a notice period before cancellation takes effect. For assistance, contact our support team.
